By booking Nova Studio, you agree to the following:

1. Care of the Space

Renters must return the studio in the condition it was received. All personal items must be removed by the end of the booking. Nova Studio is not responsible for items left behind. The renter is financially responsible for any damage incurred during the rental.

2. Capacity

Maximum occupancy is 10 people, including all clients, talent, and crew. Nova Studio staff are not included in this count.

3. Parking

Free parking is available on La France Street and in the parking deck at 285 Mayson Ave NE (Levels 1–2 only). MARTA-reserved spaces are not to be parked in. Retail spots within the parking deck may be used after 10:00 AM. Nova Studio is not responsible for parking citations or towing.

4. Smoking

Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the building and within 30 feet of all entrances.

5. Sound

Noise levels must remain reasonable. Renters assume responsibility for any noise complaints or violations.

6. Pets

Pets are not permitted. A $500 fee will be charged if a pet enters the studio.

7. Prohibited Activities

No illegal, hazardous, negligent, or unsafe activities or substances are permitted on the premises.

8. Studio Use

All activity must remain inside the studio. No photography or filming is to be done outside the studio.

9. Storage

No items or equipment may be left in the studio without prior approval.

10. Setup & Breakdown

Setup and breakdown must occur within the booked time. All furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original placement before departure.

11. Damage & Replacement

Renters are responsible for all damage. Any broken, stained, or damaged items will be charged at full replacement value (MSRP).

12. Material Restrictions

Not allowed: Glitter, smoke bombs, smoke machines, or non-biodegradable confetti.

Allowed with approval: Biodegradable paper confetti (must be fully cleaned).

Failure to comply may result in a $150+ cleaning fee.

13. Limewashed Surfaces

Limewashed surfaces are delicate and porous.

Do not lean on, sit on, or place food, drinks, or props on limewashed walls. Renters are permitted to sit on the limewashed bench.

Staining or damage will result in professional restoration fees.

14. Partition Wall

The partition wall is not movable.

Do not move, touch, lean on, or adjust it. Any damage or repositioning will result in repair fees.

15. Shoes & Flooring

To protect the studio floors, renters and crew must remove shoes or wear provided shoe covers.

Talent may wear shoes when required for the shoot. Floors may be slippery, please use caution. Nova Studio is not responsible for injuries within the studio space.

16. Food & Beverage

Food and drinks are permitted only in the kitchenette unless required for the shoot. Spills or stains on furniture or floors will incur cleaning fees.

17. Cleanliness

The studio must be left broom-swept and orderly. Excessive mess may result in cleaning fees ranging from $150–$500.

18. Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable.

• Cancellations 48+ hours prior may be rescheduled

• Cancellations under 48 hours receive a credit valid for one year, excluding holiday months

19. Payment

All bookings must be paid in full. Dates are not confirmed until payment is received.

20. Conduct

The renter is responsible for all individuals in their party. Any rule violations, damages, or misconduct will be attributed to the renter.

21. Right to Terminate

Nova Studio reserves the right to end a session immediately for unsafe, illegal, pornographic, or disruptive behavior without refund.

22. Liability

Use of the studio is at the renter’s own risk. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold Nova Studio harmless from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the rental.

23. Electronic Agreement

Booking and payment constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is legally binding and equivalent to a signed contract once booking is completed.
