Every creative session is unique, and the right amount of time depends on your vision, the number of setups, and the level of detail you want to capture. To guide you, here are some average session lengths for different types of shoots at Nova Studio:
Solo Headshots: 1–2 hours – Perfect for capturing polished, professional portraits with multiple expressions and lighting setups.
Personal Branding: 2–3 hours – Allows for a mix of headshots, lifestyle shots, and creative setups that tell your story.
Family or Lifestyle Sessions: 2–4 hours – Enough time to capture candid interactions, posed portraits, and fun, dynamic moments.
Full Brand Shoot / Multi-Setup Campaign: 4–6+ hours – Ideal for multiple scenes, wardrobe changes, and detailed styling to create a fully realized visual story.
We recommend booking an extra hour beyond your expected shoot time to allow for traffic for creatives and talents, load-in, set changes, wardrobe adjustments, and clean-up. This ensures your session flows smoothly and stress-free.
