• At checkout, you’ll select the day and time that works best for you. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately.

    Approximately 24–48 hours prior to your session, we’ll send a detailed email to the address used at checkout. This email will include parking instructions, access details, and everything you need to enter the studio smoothly.

    Upon arrival, you’ll retrieve the key, access the studio, and enjoy your scheduled session. When your shoot concludes, please return the studio to its original condition, clean up after your use, and securely return the key to the lockbox before departing.

  • Complimentary parking is available in the adjacent parking deck located directly beside the studio, as well as in select spots throughout the surrounding retail district. Parking is abundant and completely free, with the exception of MARTA-reserved spaces within the deck.

    All parking options are conveniently located either directly in front of the studio entrance or just a short 30-second walk from the parking deck.

  • Private studio tours are available by appointment for a $50 tour fee. Should you choose to book the studio, this fee will be applied toward your rental. Please note, the tour fee is non-refundable if a booking is not secured. This allows us to offer a curated, uninterrupted experience while respecting the studio’s active production schedule.   • Renters are expected to leave the studio in the same condition it was found. This includes:

    • Disposing of all trash in designated bins

    • Returning furniture, props, and equipment to their original positions

    • Cleaning up any spills or messes

    • Removing all personal belongings and gear

    Failure to clean up after yourself will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please respect the space so we can continue offering a beautiful, professional environment for all creatives.

  • Our 12 north- and west-facing windows offer abundant natural light from morning to evening. The studio is filled with soft, even daylight throughout the day, and rich, dramatic shadows emerge as the sun sets. Each window is equipped with light-dampening shades, giving you full control over the lighting environment.

  • We love animals, but to maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients and equipment, pets and animals are not allowed in the studio. 

  • Early access to the studio is not permitted. If you require extra time for setup or breakdown, please include that time in your booking.

    Any time beyond your scheduled session will incur additional charges.

  • Yes, rental extensions are possible based on studio availability. If you’re running behind or need additional time, please contact us as soon as possible at 678.628.0882. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Due to the nature of studio bookings and the demand for our space, all reservations are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the time is exclusively held for you and removed from availability.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. While refunds are not offered, we’re happy to review rescheduling options based on availability.

  • Your booking time begins and ends as scheduled; regardless of arrival time. If you arrive late, you will still be responsible for vacating the space at your originally scheduled end time.

  • To preserve the integrity of our scheduling and the experience we curate for each client, all reservations are considered final at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

    Should your plans change, cancellation of a reservation does not result in a refund. However, we’re happy to review rescheduling requests when possible. All rescheduling is subject to studio availability and must be requested in advance.

  • Nova Studio does not host events. The space is reserved exclusively for photoshoots, and creative sessions.
