Our 12 north- and west-facing windows offer abundant natural light from morning to evening. The studio is filled with soft, even daylight throughout the day, and rich, dramatic shadows emerge as the sun sets. Each window is equipped with light-dampening shades, giving you full control over the lighting environment.

Renters are expected to leave the studio in the same condition it was found. This includes:

• Disposing of all trash in designated bins

• Returning furniture, props, and equipment to their original positions

• Cleaning up any spills or messes

• Removing all personal belongings and gear

Failure to clean up after yourself will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please respect the space so we can continue offering a beautiful, professional environment for all creatives.

We love animals, but to maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients and equipment, pets and animals are not allowed in the studio. 

Early access to the studio is not permitted. If you require extra time for setup or breakdown, please include that time in your booking.

Any time beyond your scheduled session will incur additional charges.

Yes, rental extensions are possible based on studio availability. If you’re running behind or need additional time, please contact us as soon as possible at 678.628.0882. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Your booking time begins and ends as scheduled — regardless of arrival time.

• If you arrive late, you will still be responsible for vacating the space at your originally scheduled end time.

To preserve the integrity of our scheduling and the experience we curate for each client, all reservations are considered final at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Should your plans change, cancellation of a reservation does not result in a refund. However, we’re happy to review rescheduling requests when possible. All rescheduling is subject to studio availability and must be requested in advance.
