Our 12 north- and west-facing windows offer abundant natural light from morning to evening. The studio is filled with soft, even daylight throughout the day, and rich, dramatic shadows emerge as the sun sets. Each window is equipped with light-dampening shades, giving you full control over the lighting environment.

Absolutely — we’d love to show you the space. Please schedule a studio tour via our Reserve page to arrange a walkthrough.

Renters are expected to leave the studio in the same condition it was found. This includes:

• Disposing of all trash in designated bins

• Returning furniture, props, and equipment to their original positions

• Cleaning up any spills or messes

• Removing all personal belongings and gear

Failure to clean up after yourself will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please respect the space so we can continue offering a beautiful, professional environment for all creatives.

We love animals, but to maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients and equipment, pets and animals are not allowed in the studio. 

Early access to the studio is not permitted. If you require extra time for setup or breakdown, please include that time in your booking.

We value everyone’s time — yours and the clients scheduled after you. Please plan accordingly to make the most of your session. Be mindful to stay within your booked time, as the studio must be cleaned and reset by the end of your rental period.

Any time beyond your scheduled session will incur additional charges.

Yes, rental extensions are possible based on studio availability. If you’re running behind or need additional time, please contact us as soon as possible at 678.628.0882. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

LATE ARRIVALS

Your booking time begins and ends as scheduled — regardless of arrival time.

• If you arrive late, you will still be responsible for vacating the space at your originally scheduled end time.

NO-SHOWS

If you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time without any notice, your session will be considered a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled without refund.

• To avoid this, please contact us at 678.628.0882 if you’re running late or need to reschedule.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of your rental are non-refundable.

In the event of inclement weather or emergencies affecting the studio’s ability to operate, bookings will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
